My lazy way Bulletproof Coffee Recipe that I used frequently in the afternoon:
- Grab an Americano from the nearby MacDonald’s (with McCafe).
- Add 1 tbsp (10ml) of Laurcin CocoMCT oil.
- Stir and ready to enjoy.
- You can add MCT oil to your drink or even our local kopi.
- Try it out. Keep what works for you and throw away the rest.
